Bilal Speaker (“we”, “us”, or “our”) warrants the Bilal Speaker hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the Warranty Period, if your Bilal Speaker fails to function due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the defective unit at no charge to you. Replacement units may be new or refurbished to a like-new condition.

To request a warranty replacement, please contact our support team at support@bilalspeaker.com. All warranty claims require completion of our full troubleshooting process before a replacement can be authorized. Our team will walk you through each step to determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely. Replacements are only issued after troubleshooting has been completed and a hardware defect has been confirmed by our team.
Please have your order number available when contacting support.
Once a warranty claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective unit. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive the defective unit. Please return the defective unit in its original packaging (if available) along with the power cord and any included accessories.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilal Speaker’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
